Angel launched his store on August 16th. He’s sold over 300 items so far to fans all around the world!
We manufactured & shipped everything and handled all customer service. Because we’re a small business, all customer service requests were answered by an owner, and our #1 priority was always the fan.
Less than 2% of items ever requested an exchange or refund. The average shipping time was around 1 week (North America) and 2 weeks (international).

We started our work with Angel by playing The Void Rains Upon Her Heart for a few dozen hours. Then, with no upfront cost, we designed 24 merch items including plushies, t-shirts, hoodies, keychains, embroidered sweaters, mugs, & even a laptop sleeve!

We developed an online store for The Void Rains Upon Her Heart. We handled the backend, frontend, domain, & hosting for free so Angel could spend his time on GameMaker, not Cloudflare.
Marketing included
We created 5 promo images to build anticipation, then launched with a flash sale to spread the word.
